These Terms govern your use of TruckScanner. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. Accounts must use accurate information.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for account activity and password security. Contact support@truckscanner.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The service
TruckScanner provides load search, road freight rate signals, carrier information, booking workflows, and tracking events from third-party carriers and data providers. Data is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain inaccuracies.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically download service data beyond your plan.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or republish service data without a written commercial agreement.
- Do not use the service for cargo, routes, or parties prohibited by law or sanctions rules.
- Do not probe or overload the platform or interfere with other users.
5. Subscription, fees, and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from billing settings. Booking quotas reset monthly. Searches, tracking lookups, and quote comparisons may be rate-limited to preserve service quality.
6. Booking and rate data
Rates, transit times, accessorial estimates, fuel surcharge estimates, and availability are not guaranteed until a carrier accepts a booking. You are responsible for verifying time-critical shipment details before acting on them.
7. Intellectual property
TruckScanner, the platform UI, brand assets, code, documentation, and curated datasets are owned by us or our licensors. Carrier names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, payment failure, abuse, fraud, or legal risk.
